Leftists always try to disarm a population when intent upon establishing authoritarian rule. We have leftists trying to justify the HAMAS engaged rape, torture, and murder of Israeli citizens while pretty much openly expressive their hatred for Jews in general. We have leftists that implemented Defund the Police policies across the United States coupled to their soft on crime and criminals ideology. So . . . no.
