I am quite certain that every member of Congress and the senate whose been in DC for more than 15 years all are heavily invested in those companies that make the implements of war.
That explains their giddy eagerness to get us entangled in forever wars.
And it also explains why the swamp, with no regard to party affiliation, is 100% against Trump. They can't buy him. They have no clue how to handle him, so they fear him.
