They did that with the Toys R Us over near Merritt Island. When a store shuts down, Spirit Halloween takes that opportunity immediately.

The K-mart where I live has been empty for YEARS, nothing has moved in, nobody has repurposed it. Its just . . . there. An empty shell of what it used to be.

Mine is in the mall, which is almost empty.
