I’m confused as hell because this is the tos and that would mean this stream would violate tos but when I asked a site mod they said that there’s nothing we can do but then I reported images for violation of tos and they got taken down

If you think this stream violates TOS then yes, you are definitely confused. As for images being removed, in they're flagged it's handled by stream mods. If they're reported then either community or global mods deal with it. Now if only they'd explain what pornography actually is so people would stop shitting their pants whenever they see a cartoon character in skimpy clothing.

Right. And pornography is an explicit depiction of sex acts. The images on this stream do not explicitly depict sex acts. Therefore they are not porngraphic. You can think whatever you want about it but the site mods opperate based on dictionary definitions. You should check them out. Pretty much any dictionary will back me up on this.

Like I said, moderators base their decisions off dictionary definitions, and the dictionary definition of "porngraphic" is "constituting or resembling pornography". Asserting that bikini pics resemble pornography is--no offense--f**king retarded, particularly when the no nudity rule at the bottom of every single meme on imgflip straight up says that people in bikinis are ok as long as private parts are fully covered and...you know what, you're not going to pay attention to what it says even if you read it. *sigh* this shit is never going to end.
