Funny, but I don't recall terrorist supporters mourning or objecting when HAMAS raped, tortured, and murdered Israeli and foreign national citizens. They were, in fact, CELEBRATING. Truly, their only objections rose when Israel began striking back. I guess it's just a matter of perspective, eh?

I keep telling people that other than revealing what portion of the United States and the West are replete with Jew-haters, all of this stuff is academic since the Israeli government is going to do what it is going to do in response to the attack.

People can wail and clutch their pearls in despair and invent all sorts of reasons to hate Israel specifically and Jews in general, but if Israel decides to eliminate HAMAS as a meaningful controlling entity in the Gaza Strip then that's what's going to happen and nobody -- including the United States or the U.N. can or will stop them.

The only thing up for real debate, is what will happen afterwards. Personally I'd like to know if HAMAS' leadership was so stupid and blindly arrogant that they did not grasp this reality before they attacked Israel. Maybe the few survivors will be able to tell us . . . after the fact.
