While it is true that most sane people don't want to engage in war and nor see it happen to others, it is also true that war is always fashionable with some governments and definitely fashionable in regards to both fanatics and those people fortunate enough to always be able to look at it as a spectator's sport.
This second type roots for wars as a spectator's sport because they KNOW that they personally will never have to take up arms . . . or at least they BELIEVE that it will never happen to them.
That too. Follow the money. It’s a money, power, control game.
Dictators and rulers sit together in lavish, luxurious offices, full of amenities, deciding who’s going to die next and how much it’s gonna cost and how much they’re gonna make.
