as a person who took medication for depression, it did not help

When I'm depressed, I just do shit that makes me happy, like video games and art and crap
I ain't needing any drugs to cure my shithole of an emotional state, ig people are different but idk

What does depression even mean? Like you're just sad? Or you're overly emotional about everything? Is it based off of things that happened in life?

Personally when I'm depressed, it's usually cuz I'm being bullied, or because of family issues that I won't go into on here.

I'm sorry to hear about things that are going on in your life. But I still don't get taking meds to deal with it. I suppose video games are a form of escapism, but whatever happened to just playing them for fun?
