I do not believe the Israelis are going to war with the tactical objective of killing kids.
They are intent on killing the terrorists that invaded their country.
Sad fact - the religious zealot guerilla faction will deploy children they've armed and trained to produce enemy casualties.
The tactic has proven successful in prior conflicts due to the hesitation of most soldiers to shoot a kid.
Alas, it Is under this circumstance that children will die due to intentional targeting.
