Why the sudden virtue signalling?

Because terrorist supporters have got to dig deep in order to rationalize both the horrific HAMAS/Palestinian government attack on Israeli men, women, and children and simultaneously imply that Israel got what it deserved -- for things that happened decades ago -- and thus Israel is WRONG to counter attack and commit their own forms of brutality.

Yep it was a terrible thing, as Israelis themselves acknowledged years afterwards. Why Ariel Sharon wasn't himself imprisoned remains a bit of a mystery. It might be as simple as back then Israel couldn't afford to eliminate any military leader type from their ranks; but there was probably more to it than that. No doubt in-faction politics was involved. Maybe Sharon simply had too many high level connections, or enough dirt on enough people, to make 'justice' close both eyes. But let's take it as an object lesson regarding history with the following analysis:

So the Palestinian government and their HAMAS terrorist system KNEW what the inevitable Israeli government's reaction would be to a massive rocket attack and land, sea, air invasion and the wide spread massacre of Israeli men, women, and children and yet they conducted the brutal HAMAS lead massacre of Israeli civilians anyway. So . . . no complaints, eh?

I mean when a government outright asks for their own people to be stomped into the mud as a result of their own actions -- and KNOW from history that getting stomped into the mud is going to happen if they actually do this sort of thing -- it's rather idiotic for them or their supporters in other nations to then protest getting stomped into the mud.

So look at what is about to happen to Palestinians as an object lesson and hope that the survivors this time around -- that would be the mostly Islamic and hostile nations surrounding Israel -- LEARN their lesson from history itself. See? It's an educational opportunity and we can call that a 'silver lining' because at least -- as of yet -- no nukes will be involved . . . this time.

Hypocrite! Nabi Musa riots (1920) / Hebron massacre (1929) That's just two of many massacres against Jews. Centuries of oppression and discrimination, especially by muslim rulers. Don't let the Qibya massacre distract you from history. #PEACEFOREVERYONE

1. The Nabi Musa RIOTS were RIOTS, NOT ORGANIZED MASSACRES! Among the casualites were Arabs and Brits too.

2. The 1929 Hebron massacre was part of the 1929 Palestine riots that started a day earlier on August 23, the overall riots killed 143 Jews and 116 Arabs. Don't compare massacres motivated by riots like Hebron to massacres perpetrated by governments like Qibya.

Massacres, riots instigated by arabs, and thereby targeted people killed (listen and be amazed, even British army personnel were among them, also arabs, and therefore in no way their own fault)... Oh, so then I must take you to mean, "I have not" "He has too!" Like in kindergarten? You have convinced me, since the Romans, not a single Muslim ruler has ever massacred whole villages of Jews in an organized way. Good, very good! Just suppress the thousands of years of history and just cherry pick the stories that fit your world view. Thank you, I have just been enlightened.

The idiocy at the center of this was created by the UN. They forced the creation of a Jewish state on the area surrounding Jerusalem as a guilt response to WWII and the holocaust.
