If Demented Joe was on the side of the Israelis, fully, 100%, he would never have given the #1 state sponsor of terrorism $6 billion to use to fund terrorism. Sorry, but money is fungible, so to pretend them being flush with cash had nothing to do with this is easily naive and bordering on, if not actually being willful ignorance.

Why doesn't he freeze those funds again?

The answer is simple, he doesn't want to.

That should tell you that the demented old fool is trying to straddle a very dangerous fence. Since he can't stay upright while walking, there's no way he can stay upright straddling that fence.

His incompetence and gaffes (verbal and otherwise) are going to get us into a shooting war, which I hope we can all agree is something we do not want.

If Israel was careless enough to let their guard down and Hamas smart (well, evil...) enough to take advantage of it, and this is just looking at it objectively without any moral implications, then as usual Trump called it accurately. Accuracy certainly does not need your recognition to still be accurate. While POTUS, there was no bigger supporter of Israel than Trump. The lying media can try to claim otherwise, but in this case, the facts crush them.
