I'm speaking on the middle eastern conflict. As far as poverty goes you can only work towards ending it for yourself because it's an endemic to humanity to be greedy and/ or make bad choices, you can't magically make everyone comfortable you can only try to ease their suffering. Upward mobility is hard work and there are limited options and outcomes. For cancer, that's natures form of population control, sickness is our only natural predator, cure one thing, a new thing pops up. We nearly eradicated polio but now COVID is a thing as one example. Brutality is a part of human nature and everyone is capable of it and falls prey to weak moments of cruelty and mistreatment. The world is not sunshine and rainbows, some problems can never be solved.

Nothing because it's not my job. What exactly do you expect anyone to do that hasnt already been tried after 90 years? What have you tried to do exactly?

If there has been 90 years of doing and it ain't done no good, then what are you going on about?

The entire conflict is religious in nature, plus who are we to interfere with God's plan? Hamas violence would be a part of that plan wouldn't it? What makes other peoples violence anymore or less righteous?

So you are a soldier then good for you. You say you've done nothing more than kill and that's still less than what others have lost their lives trying to do peacefully.

What I'm on about is recognizing that there is no good solution to this problem and that perhaps it would be best to take a Jesus take the wheel approach while fixing our own problems here. We need to stop operating under the delusion that Israel and Palestinians will ever be at peace.
