I don't want a "no rent, no work communist utopia" American cities were originally built walkable and European cities are still built walkable and transit accessible. A major advantage to walkable cities is that they have less strict zoning regulations and allow small businesses to open so I don't want a communist utopia I want a free market economy that allows more small businesses to exist.
