LIAM(Learning Intelligent Artificial Machine) was created in 1999, from what i know, the current year is 3023.

So in all those years, he learned and learned.

100% more intelligent than any other human.

50% more complex than any other android. Not sure.

EC has been “alive” for many millenniums so it had plenty of time to learn things

Not learning in that way, he became more complex.

And Astra has theoretically infinite adaptability, so with enough time she could become smarter than him.

Even collector doesn't know her full potential

Liam is an android that continues to learn, he gets more intelligent and complex in all possible ways every day.

His learning complex is even higher than humans.

Astra might get more intelligent, but Liam also gets more complex.

Okay well can you at least make a noticeable gap between their intelligences?

Depends what do you mean with intelligence.

Capability in math?

Memory?

Battle IQ?

Well in memory he exceeds.

IQ is basically pretty high, higher than the highest human or alien IQ.

He could probably solve the hardest math problems

Battle IQ, he always analyses the battlefield, his foe and much more

Memory: EC remembered it’s deal with Tsar and remembered exactly how much time it had left before all of Aiko’s (Hakai) organs were destroyed by time

IQ: where do I start with this… IQ is one of EC’s best attributes, EC always got the highest scores on the tests

Math: EC solved every math problem thrown at it, even the 7 “unsolvable” problems were no match for EC

Battle IQ: same with LIAM that it analyzes the opponent’s battle style however this is taken a step further, EC will also come up with billions of ways to counteract the opponent, the only way WC was defeated was due to “Miscalculations” A.K.A the plot demanding WC was killed
