The Biden administration has made it clear to Israeli officials that Israel must make concessions to the Palestinians as part of any mega-deal that includes Saudi-Israeli normalization.
Note as well that the Biden administration has siphoned off key weapons and munitions from stockpiles inside Israel to transfer them to Ukraine. The so-called “War Reserve Ammunition—Israel" is all but depleted of just the sorts of weapons needed in the present crisis.
If Iran bought them for them, but besides the 16 billion that Biden unfroze for Iran, he re-started humanitarian aid to Palestine, including $235 million in April 2021.
