The Harris Ranch Tesla Supercharger station has 98 charging bays, the facility is located in Coalinga, California, and is the largest charging station in the world.

The station is powered by diesel generators hidden behind a Shell station.

They sure know how to virtue signal.

It's a double dipping money scam

Diesel run power plant, you pay more to wait hours and cost of "fuel" to charge...and when the station isn't being used the excess electricity is sold somewhere else.

Same for wind.

Same for solar.

Same for hamster wheel.

Almost forgot - the federal subsidies (frim your tax dollars) used to build, operate, and maintain these money making facilities.

That is terrible. But there is still an upside to removing a source of fossil fuels - once we change where our power is coming from, we've taken everything to green energy in one swoop.
