so the results from the vote came in a few days ago and it was 95% yes. i'm not sure why, but something just doesn't seem right about this. as i said before, it's very rushed. he's not supposed to come until january though. and supposedly there's going to be a zoom meeting sometime soon so the congregation can "meet" him. i want to know more about him though. he literally has given little to no information about his views on anything biblical. the questions he answered were literally so stupid and pointless. the only thing i got from him was that contrary to him saying he wants to get married in the future (he's in his mid-late 20s), he definitely does not want to get married. sorry, i'm just a little upset and need to vent my thoughts on this to someone other than my mom lol. as always though, i will let you guys know if there are anymore updates. love you guys xo

I'm keeping this in my prayers still. Biblical adherence is a must, especially in this messed up world. If he strictly adheres to the Bible then no worries. Stay blessed

I will say, I have some friends who recently moved to the states from south africa, and I must say, they are some of the best people I know, spiritually and literally. They have some very good things to say about the bible. I will keep the thought that he is good for you and for the church in my prayers tho
