I would have to agree... it's not Dark Humor. Dark Humor is where you make a joke out of a horrible situation. This is incredibly funny... but what's the dark aspect of it?

That's not dark humor, that's body shaming... "When you get cancer and s**ts mistake your head for a donger" in the meme would make it dark.
