I would recommend a bootloop, and while they're unconscious, unload a whole drum mag full of incendiary buckshot from preferably a full-auto shotgun like a Saiga-12 or AA-12.
Or instead of close range weapons, you could do anti-material or armor piercing weapons ranging from an M2 Browning to a 105mm M68 smoothbore from an M1 Abrams
