They'll have to cheat much more than last time. There are a few Democrats who can make small attempts to think on occasion. Those Dems voted for Biden last time mostly because they hate Trump but because they thought Biden might do a decent job. They have lost all confidence in Biden and will either vote for someone else or not at all.
To get Biden back in office the cheating will be more intense than last time. Last time it was so obvious that there was cheating. This time they won't be able hide it at all but that's not going to stop them.
