It wasn't hard to figure out, any nation that wants its human trash gone will gladly send them here. Additionally, if your own government is encouraging millions into the country they control, and that don't benefit their people they are planning to use them against their people. If the county is in chaos before the election, the election will be canceled, you know to protect the people.
