You know what that's about? Mr D'Antuono was concerned about the process followed prior to the raid on Mara Lago. He felt there should have been a few intervening steps prior to the search.

Yes, it's just normal that one of, if not the most aggressive person calling to storm the building wouldn't be charged right away. Especially since we know undercover agents were involved up to the tits. You can see how the Brooklyn Bridge got sold so many times.
