Who he is seems to determine what he does. For example he lost about 60 lawsuits, related to his allegations of a "stolen election," due to a lack of evidence. His frivolous lawsuits play a major role in his personal lawyer's legal problems, including disbarment. His participation in 4,000 lawsuits, might be reasonably observed as an "abuse of the judicial process."
LMAO... a CLINTON Judge.is going to give Trump a fair hearing about a lawsuit against CLINTON.. good one Larry...
btw... Nice omission about the appeal...
"We look forward to making our case to the Eleventh Circuit as each and every one of the decisions by the district court should be decisively reversed,"
He cited Supreme Court and 11th District precedent case law in his initial ruling that this case was without legal merit. He cited law and legal precedent for ruling against the request for a legal appeal to his earlier dismissal. He appears to think that Trump and his lawyers should be held to precedent when it comes to frivolous filings. That is a pro-law bias, echoed by many other courts in which Trump has been a litigant.
Trump said in the lawsuit that he suffered at least $24 million in damages from lost business opportunities due to the allegations of collusion with Russia.
The Durham report proved that... So yes... the CLINTON judge... who btw refused to recuse himself... was biased... the appeal with reverse this travesty...
I just re-read the Executive Summary, paying attention to detail and speed-read the rest of it. Mr. Sussman is identified as the source for the "fake dossier." His first name is not Hillary. His law firm did some work for the Clinton Campaign. I also could not find the $24-million loss of potential income, you cite.
"EVEN IF THE DURHAM REPORT UNCOVERED THE SORT OF VAST CONSPIRACY ALLEGED BY PLAINTIFF (IT PLAINLY DID NOT), IT WOULD NOT CHANGE THE MANY LEGAL CONCLUSIONS I MADE IN THE ORDER DISMISSING PLAINTIFF'S LAWSUIT."; FEDERAL JUDGE DONALD M. MIDDLEBROOKS HAS RULED THAT TRUMP'S 2022 LAWSUIT AGAINST HILLARY CLINTON WAS A PLITICALLY MOTIVATED MISUSE OF THE COURT AND UPHELD A $1-MILLION FINE AGAINST HIM FOR FILING IT. "THIS CASE EXEMPLIFIES MR. TRUMP'S HISTORY OF ABUSING THE JUDICIAL PROCESS," MIDDLEBROOKS SAID.
