Sometimes me and other Sitewide Moderators will hear about new features just before an upgrade is released. No news lately.

Historically I've seen major site changes during the 4th quarter of the year. A bunch were in October 2018, some from suggestions made end of 2019 imgflip.com/i/3j72im and tons since then. They're not always easy to notice, usually are though. When users find new features they usually get posted in the imgflip stream imgflip.com/m/imgflip
