The meme implied that just because he was impeached he is no longer eligible to run for the office.
Every intelligent person knows that an impeachment is not a guilty verdict. In fact, it is merely an indictment. The Senate holds the trial, and in this case, he was acquitted, so Trump is, ipso facto, not guilty of the trumped-up charges that Negative Nancy brought against him.
Hence, Trump is totally eligible to run for President.
Bill, the proven LIAR, in fact was found guilty by the Senate, and the Bar pulled his license to practice law.
