Soooo... no doubt most of you are following Orange 'Gyna's efforts to get Tanya Chutkan removed from presiding over his case... See, the problem is that changing out the judge isn't going to undo the fact one jury already looked at the evidence and decided it warranted criminal charges or that a subsequent juries are likely to convict based on that same evidence; Best guess on his *cough* reasoning is that maybe he thinks spinning the wheel for a GOP-appointed, republican judge would furnish him with just the corrupt official he needs to waive his right to a jury in favor of a bench trial and walk. Well... that or he knows he's screwed and is just trying to slow everything down to a crawl in hopes of winning the next election and corruptly ordering the charges dropped.
