You know that Africa is made up of many countries... I'm talking country level, not continent level. Where US is much lower than I expected - sitting in the top1/3 of countries. So what? We have tons of diversity in the US.
Growing population? From 2020 to 2021 - New York City saw a drop of 3.5 percent of their population.
"According to Census Bureau data, between April 2020 and July 2022, New York's estimated population slumped from 8.80 million to 8.34 million, a drop of roughly 468,000 residents — nearly 5.3% of the city's total population."
Yes - I think we could use to reduce legal migration and yes, I think illegal immigration should be a zero percent item.
Illegal immigrants maintain our population? No they don't. They don't get included in population calculations by the US Census. US Census has reported growth year over year over year... since inception of the the Country.
"The current population of U.S. in 2023 is 339,996,563, a 0.5% increase from 2022. The population of U.S. in 2022 was 338,289,857, a 0.38% increase from 2021. The population of U.S. in 2021 was 336,997,624, a 0.31% increase from 2020. The population of U.S. in 2020 was 335,942,003, a 0.49% increase from 2019."
Notice how this data shows it always increases in recent history. So basically, you're trying to play at being smart smart smart... but whether that is true or not is ripe for speculation.
