That lawsuit is regarding them (allegedly) overstepping their authority........ not the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of ivermectin.

Also as far as I know they haven't been found guilty or innocent yet.

Translation: Pay not attention to current information pointing at the the double, tipple, and quadruple vaxed are far more likely to get COVID then the safely unvaxxed. Also, of course, the experimental COVID MRNA vaccines have been proven to have very negative and long lasting side effects.
