Claims his son died in the Iraqi war. That never happened. When he continues to repeat that, it's not a folksy story....it's stolen valor.

Dirt bag.  He old that story to a mom while she was waiting to receive her son's body from Afghanistan.....and she was fully aware the whole time that his son had died of cancer in Maryland.
