I disagree with term limits. But I do think only a natural person with the right to vote should be allowed to contribute to a campaign or PAC, all monies disclosed within 14 days of receipt. No contributions within two weeks of election permitted. If one cannot manage campaign expenses within those parameters, how can one manage the country?
