Seems fxcked up to me, but I could report it to moderators if it violates TOS and let them handle it from there instead of violating TOS myself by harassing people like you. You'd do the same if you understood and gave af about the rules, but instead you're a vigilante trying to do the mods' job for them with your own interpretation of TOS. With that level of misguided arrogance you should take on the mods directly and demand they bend knee and put you in charge. The users you harass already know you're a joke.
