1. Can one revive people once
2. Can only do it once a year
3. If dead everyone f**ked cuz he cant revive himself
4. Cant do anything out his power: eggy and inkmatas (redi excluded due to having similar power that can link together)
5. Can only revive people that died for the same reason (such as a mass genocide done by a single person)
6. Can only revive someone died within the past year

I made it so you have to at least f**king PAY Mr. Dark Matter to be revived. He's also very vague, so most won't understand if he means revival or something else
