Monster Musume and High School DXD are the ones I watch but I'd likely never watch any episodes with my mom let alone show it to her, if that were to ever happen, I'd be so screwed

It is if you're into anime similar to high school dxd. Monster musume has monster girls that are a lamia, harpy, centaur, mermaid, arachne, and much more. This anime has lots of hardcore nudity that's on par with dxd. I highly recommend that you don't watch this when your parents are around especially if you watch the uncensored version. Overall, it's one of my favorite harem anime with the subgenres being romance, comedy, ecchi, and it being mainly a slice of life anime. There's only one season and you can watch either the sub or dubbed version. Check it out if you have the chance
