Good idea Larry, but even if a law was passed to enforce what you suggest, it's not going to be retroactive, right?

The Supreme Court cut the sentence of a convicted child molester because one of his convictions was for a molestation which occurred prior to said law being enacted. It could not change what happened in the past, but it could render agreements signed in the past to be "henceforth invalid." Previously signed NDAs would be rendered unenforceable if the limitations exceeded the new law's.

That's a mighty stretch there, I think, from a legal perspective. Good luck with that though.
