OR just increase the character limit (at least for now, i'd like to see unlimited characters in the future but an easy placehold

i think we should have unlimited characters in our bios (basically a tagline/bio that doesn't have a limit on words). if the bio getslong enough, a 'show full tagline' option appears cutting it off and when you click on it it shows all of it (sort of how long comments work); either that or we have a tagline that's under the username and then a separate bio/desc page or smth
