Joe is nothing more than -- at this stage of his life -- but a brainless figurehead. It's his handlers that are following the Barack Obama template of making EVERYTHING into some sort of racial issue.
It's certainly a blatant case of elder abuse; but it's damn funny and ironic that it's the Dem Party leadership and leftist elites doing it while bog-standard virtue-signaling liberals pretend that what they SEE happening before their very eyes . . . is not happening at all.
