I know that you dislike me and my moderate-left politics. But, I have served on several juries. One comes to mind. It was the case of a guy who was arrested several hours after a minor one car traffic accident, for DWI. The guy said he had to wait for the cops to respond because AAA refused to move his disabled car until they did. He claimed that he went to his condo, right next to where the accident happened and had a few drinks while waiting.
We, the jury were disappointed that the D.A. did not investigate and refute the guy's "excuses." We found him Not Guilty, because we followed the Court's instructions on "reasonable doubt."
In that, according to the indictment, all of the evidence used to develop charges in this case came from Trump supporters, employees and former officials of his administration, it will be his word against theirs. Staying focused on this case, which is fairly narrowly focused itself, a jury of 12-people should find it easy to make a fair finding of guilt. I am sorry that this is not what you want to believe.
