To be clear, Joe Biden took no part in the Grand Jury Hearings over the past year. All of the witnesses who gave the evidence, under oath, that was used by the 23 American Citizen Grand Jurors to indict Trump, were former Trump Administration Officials and former and current Trump employees. None of them were named Joe Biden. None of them had or have any political ties or loyalty to Joe Biden.
None of the Federal Charges the 23 American Citizen Grand Jurors were the same charges brought in Donald Trump's impeachments. They are part of the same criminal intent and overarching criminal activity.
Donald Trump was given the opportunity to appear before the 23 American Citizen Grand Jurors and give sworn testimony presenting his version of what he did and what happened. He declined.
On a lighter note, the indictment is 45-pages long. Donald Trump was the 45th president. Many Trump T-shits or hats have the number 45 on them. Every time a MAGA-Republican wears one they will remind people of the indictment. I am going to start a series of Memes to get that started.
