Pastocto: The Octopus Pokemon

An Octopus made out of different pastas (Spaghetti, Rigatoni)

Appearance: Mostly beige, with dark tan accents. Red on head to look like hair (sauce) and leaves (basil) also on head.
Shiny: Red and leaves unchanged, but beige and tan changed to black (Squid ink pastas)

Type: Water - Fire

Signature move - Boiling Point: Water Type. 100 Power 100 Accuracy. The user covers the opponent in boiling water, lowers defence one stage and has a 10% chance to burn.

Maybe as for the types of Pasta used:

Head - Tortellini
Tentacles - Spaghetti
Tentacle Tips - Farfalle

So the head would be rather round with a little hole in the middle for a mouth. With green eyes and the red and leaves as mentioned before. Thin tentacles that end with little spikes.
