The citadel is a megastructure built between universes that is meant to be a hub for multiversal travelers, so the culture is very... Mixed.
The whole theme is sorta futuristic and chaotic. But since it gets attacked a lot I guess part of the theme is rebuilding?
The council of the citadel is five dudes with traffic cones on their heads, mainly because I wanted to incorporate something from old bossfights in the citadel.
what if it was a flower growing out of a cone? it can represent rebuilding in a way, as it sort of symbolizes nature taking over and rebuilding itself after some sort of destruction, like in a city. In all the apocalyptic games there’s a bunch of plants growing out of stuff. The cone also symbolizes, well, the council.
So i wanted to introduce Collector to the Cosmic Council, a council of 11 Gods, but not gods like Hee or Zeus, they are immortal, omnipotent, Omnipresent and they see everything
Stumped; Nothing; In case you're wondering why adult Astra is taking so long: I am currently trying to make an alternate version of her where she is wearing a hoodie, since Astra eventually goes to the citadel college I planned to have a citadel logo on the hoodie, however this became more difficult than I thought. I have not drawn a single thing related to the citadel, and therefore have nothing to reference. So I'm having to make a logo from scratch. I memechatted shiver but I doubt he's gonna respond
