I have Minecraft on the switch and it is super glitchy

Man, lemme tell you a story: I got my switch when it first released and played multiple games on it when they first released. I have gone through 6 pairs of joy cons and prefer to use the NGC style controller. It does not want me to play with my Minecraft friends. It runs like a Subaru that looks like a Tesla.

For some reason it keeps muting 2 of the people played with but no one else and when I tried to unmute them it didn’t work

1, I've been playing it for years.
2, I don't have a PC so I don't have choice

I play switch and I have no problem playing, it’s not buggy for me
