Eggy: You guys own it now. There is no rent. I bought this piece of land and built this Manor for you guys. It's the least I could do for everything you guys have done for me!

Eggy: I've included stuff for just about all of you guys, so I don't think y'all will get bored here anytime soon. I even bought the lake outside too, I renamed it to "The Inky River", named after my best friend of course. You can all go check out any of the rooms more if you want, but first, I need a little bit of your time, and a signature, Xander.

*Eggy pulls out a contract and hands it to Xander, he reads it, and the contract is giving him and Kinyani full ownership over the house, no strings attached*

*Xander signs the contract while Kinyani starts to think of rules for the manor. Meanwhile Inkmatas and Peyton are excited over the lake and Mirai wants to start gardening*

Eggy: Inky and Peyton, you two can go swimming if you want, the water is clean and the only things living in there is the algae and plankton, Mirai, the garden is just four rooms ahead, and I think I'll go swimming myself. It's been a while since I've gone swimming in a non-artificial body of water...

*Eggy goes to his room and changes, before heading to the lake, when Inky and Peyton come outside to swim as well*

I was just about to hop in by myself, but I don't mind some company... *He tosses them a bottle of sunscreen without looking, Inky catches it*

Floor 1: Big living room with theater sized TV, kitchen with a room-sized pantry, and a long dining room.

Floor 2: Training rooms of all types (weapon training, magic training, agility training, and a big gym), and an Armory

Floor 3: Bowling alley, Movie theater (with candy and a popcorn machine), a Library, and an art studio (bunch of art supplies and canvases)

Floor 4: bedrooms for everyone + guests (each having their own bathroom + shower), a peace room (a silent room where you can go to think and relax without being bothered), and a large in-door garden filled with plants.

Basement: basically a mini arcade with a bunch of game cabinets and a 100 inch TV to play console games on.

Side notes: The lake is also part of the property, and is named "The Inky River". All of the floors have bathrooms along with the already listed rooms. There are extra bedrooms for Astra, Hakai and Rizu, Collecter, Redi and Browni, and Redi jr, all of which are personalized for each of them, and there are 3 non-personalized bedrooms, for anyone else who might stay at their place.

Cataclysma: I.. don’t want him to be disappointed in me… I try to use my sword as much as I can whenever I’m visiting him but I only know basic attacks… I just prefer magic over swordplay…
