Well spotted. I was going to point out that as risky as their jobs are . . . almost none of those blue collar workers would have wanted to BE the company owner once he found out what all was involved in running a major business operation.

Most of the men in my family are 'red iron' workers. They are paid more than people who hold a degree. Yes there are risks, but those men love their jobs and don't fear heights. It must be in the Irish blood. The boss is the one who keeps the job running efficiently and safely and like any job they do make more because there is more responsibility.
