I doubt they are genuine about their transition. The only reason they are even on hormones is they bought the lgbt+ narrative that hormones treatment is completely reversible (so the left can act like we're being "crazy" for being reluctant to put confused kids on hormones treatments). But it's not, and Dylan is in for a surprise when they change their mind.
