Leftists simply keep changing the definition of theft and the criteria for arrests. That's one of the ways in which they keep pushing the entire nation leftward via their Cultural Marxism and manipulations of the laws of the land. It means the case isn't silly. That's pretty much exactly what an indictment is by definition.
No, it means that the DA was allowed to present his theory without cross examination nor exculpatory evidence introduced.

That stuff goes in the trial. The indictment just means you have a case. Talk to ANY lawyer.
No…in this case it means that there WILL be a trial.
So, since you are all for trials, let’s get Joe Biden, et al on trial for his many malfeasances.

There will be a trial BECAUSE the case presented to the Grand Jury met the minimum legal threshold to be admitted to court. Which is something you haven't done for a case about Biden. Talk to a lawyer.
