While the attack by the dog was horribly wrong, even the other cops yelled at not to let the dog attack, the man wouldn't stop. They had to put spike straps down to force him over.
Now did the driver fear for his life because he was black? Is that why he refused to stop? If it is, hard to blame him.
And I'm not defending the police. I have several black friends that all have been pulled over repeatedly for minor, often not even illegal equipment. Rear light was too dim, muffler sounded too loud type crap. And of course then the cop wants to search the vehicle. Being white, never happens to me.
