What if I hate everyone fully?

If this were true even people who don't have the n word pass could say it.

There was a book I was reading.
In it there was a jerk character who was being a jerk to an Frenchman or something like that.
One of the other characters then says "It's okay. He's not being racist. He just hates everybody equally."
