This will ONLY work for procreate as far as i know, but here:
You duplicate the layer your character is on, and then make the brightness -100 or +100 depending on the background/aesthetic you’re going for, so it’s completely a black or white silhouette, and then you fill it in to the color you want using the paintbucket, and you go into the magic wand icon and click on “chromatic abberation”. And then just adjust it and you have it!
