Add ability to insert gifs into still images

You can make an image into a GIF already:

I would like for GIFs to be inserted into other GIFs on the GIF Maker.

However, GIFs inside of still images on the Meme Generator is an unnecessarily hard idea, because Imgflip would have to convert the still image (.jpeg file) into a GIF (.gif or .mp4 file). The Meme Generator is not built for rendering GIFs, so implementing this feature means rewriting a big portion of the Meme Generator code, which could cause lots of financial strain due to bandwidth.

But assuming I make the still image on Images-to-GIF maker, then this idea could still be implemented because the technology is already there. Imgflip would not have to do rewriting on the Images-to-GIF code.

P.S. I do not know how inserting the GIF from the GIF Maker instead of utilizing a pre-existing GIF would help. They are also animated files, and they would not move as well when generated, because they will become a JPEG image.
