Not to be synical, but I once read a story about someone who would pick up homeless persons, take a life insurance policy on them and then murder them. It was the life insurance company that found out after investigation were made. I could also see this as a martial law type situation for illegals.... But seriously a dangerous idea. And trespassing to say the least. If illegal immigrants were automatically charged with trespassing maybe they would think twice before coming to America illegally.

I am not surprised about the insurance scam. The illegals are a little different because you have powerful people in high political offices that will target landowners that dare confront illegals. Many police officers will not even mess with illegals, privately they will admit that they can't ID them unless they are already in the system, if they do pick them up the feds just release them and no one above them questions just releasing them. The only way to actually get changes to stick is when they harm a citizen, be it traffic accident or a physical attack, even then there has to be 100% proof.

Trespassing use to be a crime. But I find it crazy that America's system has failed the Americans when it comes to protecting the people and resources from a onslaught of illegal immigrants. Where does the line get drawn, it use to be at 2 million people a year. But now that's out the window.

What serves as media has used 12 million as the number in the USA as long as I can remember, the more conservative and honest attempts to count them shows as many as 1/4 of the people in the US at any given time are illegal. That number includes visa overstays, students and all sorts of others not counted in traditional numbers. To see if they were right, I went to the largest flea market I could find and walked around playing the who speaks English game. I think it was less than 1/4 but the numbers of non-English conversations I encountered was staggering. No way to know how many were illegals, but it was enough to show we had a real problem.

Talk about letting in all the spy's. When you can't get help at Wally's world because nobody speaks englase we have a problem. The immigration act of 1924 means nothing to Congress.

You got that right; I was driving back from California stopped at a Walmart in AZ and asked for help just to have the employee ask for an English speaking associate to come to the front. I understood every word and could have asked for what I needed in Spanish but refused to do it. I never go into a Walmart anymore, but I do go to flea markets looking for used tools and I play the same game, I don't speak Spanish go find someone to translate. If they insult me or discuss raising the price, I just move on down the line.
