Yes, actually. I suffer from a very intense feeling of guilt and depression for really no reason, and while I felt this way my main goal was to go back to normal. I would do anything to get my mind off of my situation. I played video games, went to school, did jobs for others, and read CONSTANTLY. I really just recommend either accepting your feeling and validating yourself (which can be difficult) or distracting yourself until you reach a better point in your life.
